As Director of Greystone London and of the Pastors' Academy at London Seminary, Dr. Williams lectures and writes in theology and history. He is the pastor of Ebenezer Chapel, Luton. He also serves as Adjunct Professor of Historical Theology at Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary (Grand Rapids, MI), and lectures for the ThM program at the Pastors' Academy. His long-term project is to publish a biblical, historical, and systematic study of the doctrine of penal substitutionary atonement. He also writes more popular works, including His Love Endures Forever: Reflections on the Immeasurable Love of God (Crossway 2016).
